Factory Manager / 120K / Ayutthaya

• Oversee daily operations of the recycling plant, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and company policies.
• Manage and lead a team of supervisors, operators, and other staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance productivity, efficiency, and profitability while minimizing waste.
• Ensure the quality control of recycled materials, adhering to industry standards and customer requirements.
• Coordinate with the maintenance team to ensure all equipment and machinery are in optimal condition, scheduling repairs and upgrades as needed.
• Develop and monitor operational budgets, controlling expenses, and optimizing resources.
• Foster a culture of safety, ensuring adherence to all health and safety regulations and practices to prevent accidents and injuries.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, logistics, and procurement, to ensure seamless operations and meet business objectives.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, technologies, and regulations to drive innovation and compliance in the recycling process.
• Represent the company in community and industry events, promoting our recycling initiatives and environmental commitment.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Environmental Science, Engineering, supply chain or related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role within a manufacturing or recycling facility.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with a proven track record of motivating and leading a team to achieve goals.
