Our client is an International Lifestyle Brand that launched their operations in Thailand last year and they have one store in Central World Siam. They are about to open a new location soon and hence looking for a Retail Manager for this store located in Central Bangkok with good BTS connectivity.Job DescriptionSales Performance
Focus on delivering results by providing ongoing coaching and development of retail team.
Analyze performance metrics data and leverage it to effectively coach and develop the retail team.
Analyze and process commission & incentives.Operational Delivery
Effectively manage Sales Operations resources to ensure delivery of internal gross margin goals and maximize productivity.
Responsible for the development and implementation of new processes and procedures for effective and efficient team operations.
Work closely with Marketing to create, implement, and track successful marketing campaigns that maximize brand's visibility and customer recruitment.
Complete sales forecasts and sales activity reports and presentations in a timely manner.Stocks and Merchandising Management
Constantly improve on the optimum inventory list for each boutique by identifying its ideal stock level and stock variety combination to maximize productivity.
Enforce stocks and management policies at the store - 'first in, first out' concept, minimized stock lost and stock variance, near expiry stocks, gwp returns etc.
Work with Supply Chain to ensure a smooth stock movement flow - adjustment, stock requisition, outstation arrangement to ensure on time delivery.
Ensure store staffs follow merchandising standard guidelines and monthly window guidelines.
Ensure boutiques are well merchandised, neat and clean at all times.Staff Management and Communication
Oversee store staffs to ensure they are efficient in carrying out their responsibilities.
Optimize staffing to ensure maximum productivity at store, events and promotion sites: - Interview and hire for retail team. - Evaluate staff's capabilities and potential and make relevant transfer and promotion as deem fit. - Identify potential staff and build a career path for future promotion.
Reinforce control on staff issues by getting feedback, identifying problems and implementing solutions such as: - Take action on disciplinary issues such as punctuality, non-compliance of policies. - Solve conflict behavior that affects team morale and disturb productivity. - Maintain standard of uniforms and grooming guideline. - Ensure company's rules & regulations are not violated such as membership confidentiality and discount programs. - Uphold strong integrity and good work ethics within the team.
Ensure clear communication to establish positive relationship among team members.
Ensure submission of boutique staff claims and monthly commission to HR department are on time.
The Successful ApplicantYou will have excellent English, minimum 5 years of Retail experience and a proven track record of successfully managing Retail Operations and Sales for an international Fashion or Lifestyle Retail brand. You love a great international culture and take pride in performing well and contributing to the a company's growth in Thailand.
