Sati is looking for a motivated and highly organized Sales Coordinator to support our growing Sales & Marketing team. This role is the engine of the sales department, responsible for handling all the operational and administrative tasks that enable our Sales Lead to focus on closing deals. You will manage the sales pipeline from initial contact to documentation, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.Why Sati?

- Conduct lead generation activities including cold calling and cold emailing potential clients.
- Prepare and customize sales materials, presentations, and proposals for the sales team.
- Draft, process, and manage legal and sales documents such as Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs), and official letters for client visits.
- Diligently follow up with leads via email and phone to nurture them through the sales funnel.
- Maintain and update the CRM system with all sales activities and lead information.
- Coordinate meeting schedules and logistics for the sales team.
- Assist in creating documentation and reports to track sales performance.
