Job responsibilities
- Responsible for performing Construction work control the work of contractors in construction. - Participate in the overall planning of the project. - Supervise and control the work of contractors in construction. - Control the contractor's use of materials. - Control the working environment to be safe. and according to standards - Control Construction according to the specified plan.
ความรับผิดชอบในงาน
- รับผิดชอบในการปฏิบัติงานควบคุมงานก่อสร้างของผู้รับเหมาในการก่อสร้าง - มีส่วนร่วมในการวางแผนโดยรวมของโครงการ - ดูแลและควบคุมการทำงานของผู้รับเหมาในการก่อสร้าง - ควบคุมการใช้วัสดุของผู้รับเหมา - ควบคุมสภาพแวดล้อมในการทำงานให้ปลอดภัย และเป็นไปตามมาตรฐาน - ควบคุมการก่อสร้างตามแผนที่กำหนดJob Requirement
Necessary Skill / Experience
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 25 - 30 years old - Bachelor's degree - High vocational Certificate or Bachelor's Degree - At least 3 years of experience in a Foreman - Able to Travel to the site in another province - Has personal car
Preferable Skill / Experience
- Graduates from Civil Engineering or major in Construction Language Skill English level : Conversational Japanese level : None Workplace Area: Bang Phli, Samut Prakan Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Monday - Friday, Saturday working : Depend on company's schedule, WIO 100%) About the Benefits 20,000-30,000THB About the company Product & Service: Construction tents, sheets and components, etc. Business Type: Construction / Home Building;
ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น
- สัญชาติไทย , ชาย, หญิง อายุ 25 - 30 ปี - ปริญญาตรี - วุฒิ ปวส. หรือ ปริญญาตรี - มีประสบการณ์ในตำแหน่ง Foreman อย่างน้อย 3 ปี - สามารถเดินทางไปสถานที่ต่างจังหวัดได้ - มีรถยนต์ส่วนตัว
ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่ต้องการ
