• Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to ensure cost-effectiveness, quality, and timely delivery. Maintain supplier records and assist in vendor performance evaluations.
• Generate and process purchase orders, track deliveries, and coordinate with suppliers to ensure order fulfillment. Address any discrepancies, or delays in a timely manner.
• Monitor stock leaves to ensure sufficient supply while avoiding overstocking. Support the procurement team in optimizing inventory turnover
• Work closely with sales and marketing teams to analyze demand trends, assist in planning for seasonal variations, and ensure necessary stock availability.
• Assist in negotiating pricing with suppliers, monitor procurement expenses, and support cost-saving initiatives while maintaining quality and operational efficiency.
• Perform the other tasks as per assigned

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain operations
• Good understanding of procurement processes and supply chain principles
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Detail-oriented with good organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge of ERP or procurement software is a plus
• Ability to work under pressure and administer multiple tasks efficiently
