Our client is a global company supplying valve and flow control service to manufacturing companies.Job Description
Responsible for managing pre-sale and quotation in relation to technical specifications and business strategy
In charge of managing term and condition (contract) with customers
Coordinate with Sale, Logistics, and distribution channels to provide best-in-class service to customers
Provide training on products to internal and external stakeholders where required
Maintain relationships and deal with customer complaints and find solutions as appropriate
The Successful Applicant
Experience managing pre-sale, specification, contract, quotation, and customer service
Exposure in valve products is an advantage
Excellent command in English
