Lead and manage engineering projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
Develop and monitor project plans, budgets, and schedules to ensure timely delivery.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and project execution.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations throughout all project phases.
Identify and mitigate risks to minimise project disruptions and ensure smooth progress.
Oversee the selection and management of contractors and suppliers.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the engineering and manufacturing departments.
Prepare and present project updates and reports to senior management.
The Successful Applicant
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field.
Proven experience in project management within the FMCG industry.
Strong knowledge of engineering principles and manufacturing processes.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Proficiency in project management tools and software.
Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
A results-driven mindset with a focus on quality and efficiency.
