- Lead a high-performing team through an exciting transition to build problem solving, critical thinking, analytical, and technical capabilities which will enable the department to develop deeper, more scalable solutions.
- Team management responsibilities for a team, whilst also serving as a cross-functional and a global liaison in developed areas of expertise.
- Establish team goals and work with direct reports on strategies for executing, measuring progress, and sharing results.
- Deliver service to meet client expectation and meet SLA , and strategy development, working directly with global cross-functional teams to problem solve analytical approaches and develop solutions.
- Identify actionable insights, suggest recommendations, and influence team strategy through effective communication.
- Advocate for users within their market, partnering with global and cross-functional teams to develop global solutions.
- Reduce complaint or negative feedback and meet CSAT_CSAT and QA Score .
- Candidate must possess at least a Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in any field.
- Preferable with 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Experience leading, inspiring, and motivating others to meet goals and metrics.
- Possess project and resource management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent decision making and analytical skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the language of supporting market.
