Product Manager (Aesthetic)

• Developing and implementing business plans, sales promotions, marketing strategies, and related activities.
• Executing the key opinion of the leader in the development program.
• Implementing and conducting the marketing activities according to the plans and dynamic market with the measurement of ROI.
• Providing market situation analysis, market intelligence, and market research or surveys to support critical strategies.
• Enhancing product knowledge to customers and sales team through educational programs, training, and presentation basis.
• Strengthening and expanding the relationship with key customers.
• Performing other tasks as assigned by superiors.

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or any related field.
• 2-3 years of working experience in Health & Beauty products.
• Able to work independently with a result-oriented and highly self-motivated and work effectively under matrix organization.
• Strategic thinking, creativity, problem-solving, and strong leadership with good interpersonal skills.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in English, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
