- Stay informed about technological advancements and innovations in automation.
- Identify and evaluate potential business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations.
- Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and industry challenges.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key industry players, partners, and stakeholders.
- Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements to drive business growth.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business development goals.
- Lead negotiations with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
- Prepare and submit proposals and tenders in response to business opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop competitive and compelling proposals.
- Provide regular updates on business development progress to the executive team.
- Share industry knowledge and expertise with internal teams to enhance overall organizational understanding.
- Provide training and support to sales and marketing teams as needed.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators to measure the success of business development efforts.
- Continuously strive to exceed KPI targets.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Proven experience (at least 5 years) in business development within the motor vehicle industry, with a focus on automation.
- Strong network and relationships within the motor vehicle industry.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Strategic thinking and ability to drive successful business outcomes.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis.
- Ability to travel as needed.
