Responsibilities:
  • Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for automation solutions in the motor vehicle industry.
  • Stay informed about technological advancements and innovations in automation.
  • Identify and evaluate potential business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations.
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and industry challenges.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key industry players, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements to drive business growth.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business development goals.
  • Lead negotiations with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Prepare and submit proposals and tenders in response to business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop competitive and compelling proposals.
  • Provide regular updates on business development progress to the executive team.
  • Share industry knowledge and expertise with internal teams to enhance overall organizational understanding.
  • Provide training and support to sales and marketing teams as needed.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators to measure the success of business development efforts.
  • Continuously strive to exceed KPI targets.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • Proven experience (at least 5 years) in business development within the motor vehicle industry, with a focus on automation.
  • Strong network and relationships within the motor vehicle industry.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Strategic thinking and ability to drive successful business outcomes.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
