• Direct and coordinate project activities including installation and pricing.
• Manage staff, assign tasks to Project Managers, and prepare work schedules.
• Review financial statements and activity reports to measure productivity and identify areas for improvement.
• Monitor projects to ensure efficiency and adherence to budgetary limits.
• Implement cost-effective plans and schedules for project completion.
• Control project costs through regular review of cost reports.
• Establish and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Ensure timely completion of projects according to contract terms.
• Manage customer satisfaction by prioritizing issues.
• Plan, deploy, and coordinate manpower.
• Provide necessary information and guidance to supervisors and subordinates.

• Male, Thai nationality, Acceptable age: 40 or above, preferably 45 or above
• Minimum of 8 years' experience as a project manager or project director
• Experience in mechanical and electrical system installation projects (MEP Service) and business management.
• Have connections with consultants, designers, owners, and suppliers.
• Experience in project bidding, Have skills in cost estimation.
• Engineer license level 2 or above
