- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Relevant experience in sales, business development, and/or account management.
- Relevant experience and knowledge in Hospitality, Luxury, and/or FMCG will be an advantage.
- Strong understanding of hotels, restaurants, and bars, including market dynamics, trends, and the competitor landscape.
- Excellent sales, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute actionable plans.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities effectively.
- Fluent in Thai and English.
- Willingness to be based in the Southern Region (Koh Samui, Phuket, or Krabi) with regular travel within the assigned territory.
