Tontec was founded in Hong Kong in 1982 with a vision to be a world-class manufacturer in plastic injection mold making and molding industries. The Group has a revenue of over USD230 millions in 2017, and a total workforce of more than 4100 people across its principal office in Hong Kong and 5 factories in Chinese mainland. The Group operates more than 440 injection molding machines and produces more than 1500 molds a year. It is recognized as one of the leading high-precision plastic injection mold maker and molder in the region. The Group is supplying to a many Global 200 companies in the Health Care, Medical, Industrial, Office Appliance, Consumer Electronics，Home Appliance and Automotive sectors. Apart from mold and molding, the Group also provides its customers with value-added services such as product design, spray-painting, silkscreen printing,pad printing, ultrasonic welding, laser mark and assembly.Tontec and Thomas set up a joint venture called “Thomas Tontec SAS” in France on January 1, 2015, there are 4 factories located in France, Romania, Tunisia and Mexico for the joint venture. The joint venture operates more than 100 injection molding machines ,produces more than 300 molds a year and has a revenue of over EUR40 Millions in 2017. Tontec holds 51% of the shares from 2019.

รายละเอียด Age 25 years old up
Diploma/High Vocational Certificate /Plastics (Processing) or related field
Have background in injection molding with 5 - 10 years of experience.(can be less for QA Engineer)
Sound Knowledge of ISO9001 , IATF 16949 (If any) , ISO 45001 (If any)
Having Knowledge with quality management tool such as SPC, MSA,
Strong Knowledge with quality analysis tool such as Pareto chart, fish bone, 8D report.
Great attention to detail and a results driven approach
Good Computer literacy
Color Blind Test must be passed
Able to read and understand the drawing
can used basic and advance measurement, can work under high pressure
