- Bachelor’s degree only in Mechanical field.
- At least 3 year or more of experience in maintenance field
- Experience 3 -5 year in maintenance leader field
- Have knowledge of ISO 9001 management
- Knowledge and understanding of machine drawing
- Knowledge of Hydraulic and pneumatic system
- Have Knowledge with rollers (Roughness, Hardness) and Experience in bearing replacement
- Can use Microsoft office Program
- Can use basic measuring tools (Dial Gauge. Vernwier, Precision Flat Level grade,vibration Meter,Other)
- Can use Auto CAD program
- Able to handle problems and emergencies, able to work overtime
- Able to work under pressure and able to work in shifts
- Positive thinking
