We are seeking a strategic and creative Director of F&B Marketing to lead the branding, digital presence, and promotional efforts for a premier resort's dining portfolio in Krabi. This role is responsible for positioning the property's restaurants and bars as "must-visit" destinations for both in-house guests and the local market. The ideal candidate will blend analytical prowess with a deep passion for culinary trends to drive revenue and brand awareness.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years in hospitality marketing, specifically focusing on Food & Beverage or lifestyle brands. Experience in a resort destination (e.g., Krabi, Phuket, or Samui) is highly preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • Proven track record in digital marketing and CRM management.
  • Strong aesthetic eye for food styling and luxury brand standards.
  • Excellent English and Thai communication skills (written and verbal).
  • A "foodie" at heart with a pulse on global culinary trends and a results-oriented mindset.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans for all F&B outlets, ensuring each venue has a distinct identity that aligns with the resort's overall luxury positioning.
  • Oversee social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) with high-quality visual storytelling, influencer collaborations, and targeted ad campaigns to drive covers.
  • Direct lifestyle photography and videography sessions to capture the essence of the dining experience, cocktails, and unique beachfront settings.
  • Build relationships with local businesses, tour operators, and the Krabi community to increase "off-property" foot traffic and loyalty.
  • Manage media relations, press releases, and food critic visits to secure high-profile coverage in domestic and international travel and lifestyle publications.
  • Collaborate with the F&B Director to analyze sales data and design tactical promotions (e.g., Happy Hours, Seasonal Tasting Menus, Holiday Events) that fill low-demand periods.
  • Monitor and respond to guest feedback on platforms like TripAdvisor and Google Maps, using insights to improve the guest experience and online rating.
