You’ll oversee shifts, plan resources, and coach frontline teams while maintaining high standards of quality, food safety, and compliance.This is a hands‑on role where you’ll drive inventory accuracy, support continuous improvement, resolve operational issues, and keep production running smoothly in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.Work Location BangpooReporting to Production ManagerKey responsibilities
- Inventory Management Maintain accurate inventory records; reconcile physical stock with SAP and the data storage system; investigate and resolve discrepancies.
- Materials Preparation Assign materials and prepare ingredients for production according to SAP processes and production schedules.
- Cycle Counts and Controls Design and execute cycle count schedules; implement corrective actions to reduce variances.
- Quality and Compliance Enforce GMP, HACCP, BRC, SQMS, ISO45001/ISO14001 and other relevant quality and safety standards across WIP operations.
- Shift and Resource Planning Create and manage shift rosters, workstation assignments, rotations, breaks, overtime and absence cover to meet production needs.
- Team Leadership and Training Recruit, train and coach WIP/Production staff; deliver on‑the‑job training and competency checks; run regular performance reviews and development plans.
- Process Improvement Maintain company’s continuous improvement program, Identify operational bottlenecks; lead small projects to improve throughput, reduce waste, and increase accuracy.
- Reporting Produce daily/weekly inventory and performance reports; escalate risks and propose mitigation plans.
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Supply Chain, Engineering or related field.
- 1–2 years supervisory experience in supply chain, warehousing or manufacturing; prior food production experience preferred.
- Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word); experience with SAP or similar inventory systems is an advantage.
- Able to work as shift
- Leadership Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate and develop frontline teams.
- Organisational Skills Strong planning, prioritisation and time management.
- Analytical Ability Good troubleshooting skills; able to analyse inventory trends and implement corrective actions.
- Attention to Detail High standards for accuracy and compliance with quality systems.
