- Lead and Grow a High-Impact Finance Team
- Lead and coach a team of specialists to ensure timely and accurate collections
- Manage escalated customer queries and support ongoing collection efforts
- Oversee aging reports, reconciliation, and maintenance of outstanding balances
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and support continuous process improvements
- Contribute to recruitment, training, and performance development of the team
- Ensure accurate reporting and risk management across accounts
- 5+ years of supervisory experience in credit & collections
- Strong knowledge of SAP and advanced Excel
- Proven ability to coach, motivate, and lead high-performing teams
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer handling skills
- Self-driven, solution-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision
- Thai speaker with fluent English proficiency
