- Writing and producing presentations, articles, press releases, press kits and social media posts.
- Organizing and attending promotional events such as press conferences, press visits, activities on the counter and promotion events/campaigns.
- Creating and implementing influencer marketing strategies that are in line with the overall marketing goals.
- Identifying and engaging with influencers who align with the brand's target audience and brand values.
- Handling influencer partnerships, contract negotiations, content planning, and feedback provision.
- Providing regular reports on campaign performance, including metrics such as EMV, engagement, reach, and ROI.
- Working with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, and corporate communication to establish cohesive and successful campaigns.
- Being informed about industry trends and best practices in influencer marketing.
- Keeping records of progress, budgets, and timescales, and keeping clients/colleagues up to date with these.
- A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field at the bachelor's level is required.
- Excellent communication skills both orally and in writing in Thai and English.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Presentation skills.
- The ability to prioritise and plan effectively.
- Digital media skills, such as graphic design, video editing and blog administration (advantages).
- Social media management experience (advantages).
- Experience in prestige and luxury cosmetic market (advantages).
- Experience in PR, Brand Communication, Digital Marketing, and Influencer Marketing (advantages).
