- Assist the QA/QC Manager in operating the quality management system and planning activities to achieve KPIs.
- Monitor inspections of production processes and materials to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Handle initial responses to customer complaints and propose corrective actions.
- Collect and analyze quality data and prepare reports.
- Promote Lean, 5S, and KAIZEN activities within the department.
- Perform inspections and manage quality data using measurement tools.
- Support the implementation of ISO9001/IATF16949 requirements.
- Any other related jobs【Qualification】
Must:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering or related fields.
- At least 5 years of experience as an engineer in QA/QC/Production.
- At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory position (Supervisor or higher).
- TOEIC score of 700 or above (English required for customer quality meetings).
- Proven experience with automotive parts standards and requirements.
- Proficient in using measurement equipment such as CMM, Contracer, and other measuring tools for hands-on inspection.Preferred:
- Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher.
- Experience living or studying abroad.
- Proficiency in a third language, such as Japanese.【Allowance & Benefit】
