People & Admin Manager (HRM, Phuket Based)

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a human resources leadership role, preferably within the hospitality industry.
• Proven track record of success in building and maintaining positive employee relations.
• Strong understanding of HR best practices, including recruitment, onboarding, compensation & benefits, and performance management.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and hospitality-specific HR software (e.g., HRIS).
• Ability to prioritize effectively and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
