- Experience working with and managing external agencies.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on revenue and efficiency metrics.
- Confidence in owning results and making performance-driven decisions.
- Experience transitioning marketing functions from outsourced to in-house.
- Background in high-value or complex purchase journeys (e-commerce or B2B).
- Familiarity with Shopify environments.
- Exposure to coffee, hospitality, or equipment-related industries.
