Create content and communicate information, news, work procedures for the technicians team.
2. Explore new service and improve digitize working process for FBB team, installer, AIS Fibre GURU and subcontractor.
3. Improve root cause analysis for customer problem from installation and maintenance work.
4. Cooperate with relevant teams such as Business integration, Engineer, Legal, Accounting, etc. to implement and launch products.Qualifications1.Age 25 - 30 years’ old.
2. Bachelor or Master Degree in Telecommunication, IT or any related field.
3. At least 2 years’ experience in Product Development, Project management, Data Analytic.
4. Good at presentation and communication skills.
5. Ability to engage in verbal, written & visual communications internally & externally across teams.
6. Innovative thinking & able to work with pressure.
