รายละเอียด Responsibilities
Planning for the works schedule (with CM)
Detailed daily/weekly planning of all resources (in-house & sub-contracted)
Management & supervision of in-house Construction Team
Expertise with: Architectural finishing works; & general site small civil works (drainage, concrete, etc.)
Day-to-day management and supervision of sub-contracted resources
Liaison with technical experts (in-house)
Co-ord. with MSR Operations
Timely Materials & Equipment Requisitions; receiving; stock controls; efficient usage, etc.
QA/QC for all aspects of all works carried out. Note: MSR maintains high standards.
HS&E for all aspects of works undertaken.
Qualifications: Basic Building/Engineering studies and qualifications.
Language skills: Thai (fluent); English [spoken & written] (good); an ability to communicate efficiently with Burmese is an advantage.
Computer Skills: Spreadsheets; word documents; basic Auto-CAD is an advantage.
