As a Litigation Lawyer, your primary role involves managing legal disputes from research through to representation.
Key responsibilities include:
- Case Management: Handling a diverse range of civil and commercial litigation and arbitration cases, such as contract, labor, and real estate disputes.
- Legal Documentation: Conducting legal research and drafting pleadings, motions, briefs, and other necessary court or arbitration documents.
- Representation: Representing clients in court hearings, arbitration proceedings, and settlement negotiations.
- Strategy & Collaboration: Working with senior lawyers and partners to develop case strategies and provide legal advice.
- Trial Preparation: Preparing for trials and arbitrations, including witness preparation and evidence analysis.
- Growth & Compliance: Participating in business development activities (networking/meetings) and staying updated on changes in laws and industry practices.
- Administrative Diligence: Managing case files to ensure documentation is accurate and organized.【Qualification】
- Experience Type: Primary past work experience must be from a law firm, not from in-house corporate roles.
- Years of Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in litigation and arbitration is required.
- Technical Expertise: Extensive hands-on experience in civil and commercial litigation/arbitration; experience in criminal litigation is preferred.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in Thai and English is required; candidates who can also use Chinese are preferred.
- Soft Skills: Strong analytical, research, and writing skills, alongside excellent communication and the ability to work both independently and within a team.【Allowance & Benefit】
