Salary: 50,000 – 70,000 THBKey Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research and trend analysis to identify customer needs and opportunities within the beauty and skincare market.
- Coordinate with OEM/ODM manufacturers to develop and customize products aligned with the brand’s direction and positioning.
- Collaborate with Marketing and R&D teams on product concepts, formulation, packaging design, and premium gift development.
- Manage end-to-end product development timelines to ensure products are launched according to schedule.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including FDA registration, labeling, and relevant documentation.
- Monitor competitor products, market trends, and industry movements to support product innovation and differentiation.
- Support new product launches by providing market insights and contributing to go-to-market strategies.
- Track and evaluate product performance post-launch, gathering feedback for continuous improvement.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and manufacturers, negotiating product specifications, MOQ, and pricing.
- Prepare and present product proposals and development plans to management for review and strategic alignment.
