Lead and manage cross-functional projects, coordinating with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure delivery meets defined scope, timeline, quality standards, and budget expectations.
Collaborate with project sponsors and key stakeholders to prioritize deliverables, define milestones, and plan project activities.
Track project progress and manage issues, risks, and changes while ensuring transparency in budget usage (OPEX and CAPEX).
Communicate regularly with workstream owners and stakeholders on project status, risks, and mitigation strategies to avoid or resolve potential delays.
Perform additional duties or assignments as requested by management.
