- Manage end-to-end HR operations including employee lifecycle, HR administration, policy implementation, and payroll coordination.
- Ensure full compliance with labor laws, employment regulations, and statutory requirements.
- Advise management on employee relations, disciplinary cases, and labor-related matters.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for sales roles, particularly high-volume positions.
- Partner with business leaders to understand sales workforce needs, hiring challenges, and market realities.
- Develop practical recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies to reduce turnover and improve sales workforce stability.
- Analyze attrition data and identify root causes, working with leaders to implement targeted improvement actions.
- Design and implement modern HR policies, procedures, and frameworks aligned with business needs.
- Establish structured HR processes to improve efficiency, consistency, and employee experience.
- Design and implement a structured Performance Management System (PMS) aligned with business objectives.
- Develop people development and talent management initiatives, including capability building and succession planning.
- Support managers in performance reviews, coaching, and development discussions.
- Work closely with the Business Owner to align people strategies with business goals.
- Supervise, coach, and develop one HR Supervisor to ensure effective HR service delivery.
- Provide practical HR guidance to managers across the organization.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or senior HR role, preferably within medical devices, manufacturing, or regulated environments.
- Strong hands-on experience in HR Operations and setting up structured HR policies and procedures.
- Solid recruitment experience, particularly for sales roles with high turnover.
- Strong knowledge of labor law, employee relations, and HR compliance.
- Experience designing and implementing PMS, people development, and talent management frameworks.
- Proactive, practical, and able to work closely with business owners and leaders.
