- Manage relationships with key financial institutions and payment partners in Thailand
- Drive partnership performance with focus on:
- payment cost optimization
- payment success rate improvement
- channel stability and operational effectiveness
- Manage merchant onboarding with financial institutions, including key setup items such as MID acquisition, pricing alignment, and onboarding readiness
- Lead regular partner reviews and QBRs, including performance tracking, issue follow-up, and action planning
- Support negotiations on pricing, rebates, routing, and partnership improvements
- Work with internal teams and external partners to resolve payment issues and maintain strong service quality
- Partner with Regional FIBD to support Alibaba intra-group merchants from the Thailand side
- Act as a key local coordination point for merchant PICs, translating merchant needs into clear internal actions and partner engagement plans
- Support complex merchant initiatives, including card installment expansion, payment optimization, new solution requests, and cross-border business needs
- Coordinate closely with External FI Partners, Product, Operations, Risk, Compliance, Finance, and Tech to ensure timely and structured execution
- Manage strategic A+ payment institution relationships supporting Antom’s cross-border merchant business in Thailand
- Work closely with partners such as TrueMoney, LINE Pay, KBank, and other key institutions to improve merchant outcomes and partnership effectiveness
- Drive collaboration on onboarding, performance improvement, issue escalation, acceptance expansion, and solution enablement
- Ensure partner readiness, responsiveness, and performance meet the needs of Antom’s cross-border merchants
- Work closely with BD, Product, Risk, Compliance, Finance, Operations, and Tech teams to support payment initiatives and partner issues
- Drive structured follow-up on issues affecting merchant performance, payment economics, or partner delivery
- Support internal governance, reporting, and OKR tracking across partnership priorities
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- 5 – 7 years of relevant experience in partnerships, banking, fintech, payments, or related financial services
- Strong understanding of payment and financial institution products, with the ability to navigate complex partner setups and merchant requirements
- Deep understanding of fund flows, especially cross-border fund flows, settlement logic, and their commercial implications
- Strong experience in partnership management, commercial coordination, and performance-driven stakeholder engagement
- Ability to manage complex merchant and partner needs with strong execution discipline
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn payment performance data into actionable insights
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to engage confidently with C-level stakeholders
- Comfortable working across local, regional, and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in English and Thai; Chinese is a plus
