Country Manager (Thailand) - Data Center

• Overseeing all activities within the country related to data centre operations, including liaising with local authorities, permitting, and project works.
• The specifications of the project, timeline and budgets will be determined by the chairman with input from Country Manager.
• The role includes managing the due diligence process for multiple land parcels for data centre acquisitions, with an initial focus on a data centre acquisition of approximately 20MW.
• Developing and executing strategic plans for data centre operations, emphasizing design, project execution, and sales growth, including capacity planning, power management, disaster recovery, and security.
• Managing budgets and resources effectively to optimize data centre performance and efficiency.
• Overseeing the end-to-end lifecycle of data centre projects, ensuring integration with development plans.
• Identifying opportunities to integrate data centre projects seamlessly.
• Managing design, construction, and commissioning processes to meet quality and performance standards.
• Supervising the design and implementation of wiring and connectivity solutions within the data centre environment.
• Leading project management efforts for data centre initiatives, ensuring alignment with project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Developing and implementing commercial strategies for the data centre business.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Engineering, Real Estate Development, Business, etc.).
• Proven experience in senior leadership roles overseeing data centre design, projects, and sales, preferably within a real estate development context.
• In-depth knowledge of data centre operations, design principles, and project management.
• Strong sales acumen with a track record of driving revenue growth.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver results.
