Job Description:We are looking for a highly motivated and hands-on Warehouse Operations Supervisor to lead and manage day-to-day warehouse activities. You will be responsible for supervising the team in areas such as picking, kitting, packing, and dispatch, ensuring smooth operations aligned with daily targets. This role also involves optimizing workflows, solving operational issues, and implementing continuous improvement strategies.Key Responsibilities:Supervise Warehouse OperationsOversee warehouse staff in daily activities including picking, kitting, packing, and dispatch, ensuring alignment with operational plans.Operational Recovery PlanningDevelop and execute contingency plans in cases of delays such as backlogs, manpower shortages, or system issues.Process ImprovementIdentify and implement improvements to reduce lead times, eliminate inefficiencies (e.g., layout optimization, process reordering), and increase throughput.Capacity Analysis & Resource AllocationAnalyze workload capacity in various zones to optimize manpower and reduce bottlenecks.Quality Control & Issue ResolutionMonitor errors such as mis-picks or incorrect packing and implement preventive measures.Monitor Key Operational ProcessesEnsure accuracy and timeliness of processes such as kitting, order verification, and dispatch readiness.Workplace Safety & 5SMaintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in line with 5S or company safety standards.Qualifications & Skills:Strong decision-making, communication, and problem-solving skillsAbility to adapt quickly and handle dynamic environmentsMinimum 2 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or production operationsHands-on, proactive, and willing to take on any task to support the teamHigh attention to detailAble to communicate in Thai and basic English (fluent English is a plus)Strong leadership qualities, with flexibility and quick decision-makingAble to perform under pressurePhysically able to lift, bend, and work in environments with dust/noiseComfortable working around forklifts and pallet jacks
