This role plays a critical part in building a high-performing, engaged, and sustainable organization while balancing business needs, employee wellbeing, and compliance with labor laws.The HR Manager will oversee all core HR functions, act as a trusted advisor to management, and ensure that HR practices support both organizational growth and employee development.What You'll Do
- Lead HR strategy aligned with business and company goals
- Support manpower planning, recruitment, and selection processes with hiring manager
- Design and implement training, development, and Individual Development Plans (IDPs)
- Manage compensation, benefits, and annual salary review cycles
- Drive employee relations, performance management, and engagement initiatives
- Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO and management team
- Oversee HR systems and operations (experience with HRIS such as BambooHR is a plus)Why Join Us
