With a commitment to excellence, innovation, and sustainable growth, the company has established itself as a prominent player in the market.Job Responsibilities· Develop and implement operational procedures for the efficient functioning of the vault storagefacility.· Ensure compliance with security protocols and regulatory requirements for the storage ofvaluable items.· Monitor and maintain the facility's infrastructure to guarantee a safe and secure environment.· Recruit, train, and manage a team of vault storage professionals.· Implement customer service initiatives to enhance the overall client experience.· Establish and maintain excellent customer relations to ensure high satisfaction levels.· Oversee security measures, including surveillance systems, access controls, and alarm systems.· Develop and implement risk management strategies to safeguard stored items.· Collaborate with relevant authorities and agencies to address security concerns.· Develop and manage budgets to ensure the financial sustainability of the vault storage facility.· Explore opportunities for business expansion and revenue growth.Experience requirements
Bachelor's degree or higher in Business management, Finance & Banking, or a related field
Proven experience in vault storage management or a similar role in Private Banking, Retail, Hospitality or Service field.
At least 3-5 years-experience working in the above related fields.
Fluent in English
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced working environment, with excellent organization skills and ability to multi-task.
Proactive, service-minded, business-oriented, and innovative, with excellent interpersonal skills and a team player mindset.
Pleasant personality with an excellent service attitude.
Work well under pressure and have excellent management skills.
Customer-centric mindset with a focus on service excellence.
5 days-working but flexible for working day & hour and able to work on weekend
