Job PositionJob ResponsibilitiesAct as the subject matter expert for the construction quality program. Working and collaborating on project initiatives to improve the construction quality programDeveloping and monitoring the quality control systems, inspection policies and procedures to ensure effective quality control that meet quality standardsReview construction drawings, deliverables, and material submittals on the project execution approved platformConduct QA/QC inspections of CSA works, create snag lists/punch lists, and ensure their closureReport the quality and commissioning status for the full life cycle of the construction project. Identify risks to a project and developing mitigation strategies with the project teamManage and supervise consultant and contractor relationships, ensuring performance meets contractual obligations and project objectives.Supervising engineers, inspectors, and other staff members and providing guidance.Ensuring legal obligations are followed and ensuring compliance with regulatory bodies and with health and safety guidelines.Job QualificationsBachelor's degree in engineering, management or related fieldsMinimum 7 years' experience in quality controlling or related fieldsProven experience in managing large-scale project and constructionStrong knowledge of construction management, technical skills, methodology, materials, standards and regulations, and safety protocolsStrong attention to detail, observation, organizational and leadership skillsIn-depth knowledge of quality control procedures and legal standardsAbility to work under pressure and meet tight deadlinesGood command in English (Minimum 750 TOEIC score)Ability to travel/ work upcountry and abroadGoal-Oriented, Unity, Learning, Flexible
