- Design, configuration, implementation and deployment of contact center cloud solutions.
- Produce and maintain configuration records of customer installation including Architecture, Configuration, Deployment, Maintenance templates, etc.
- Daily operation support and maintenance services. Perform preventive maintenance of telephony systems.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical hardware and/or software issues.
- Coordinating and working with vendors, carriers, and related third parties on VoIP infrastructure and trunk services.
- Be the escalation support interface with customers.
- Experience working with VoIP, SIP voice gateway, and related.
- Understanding in contact center domains.
- Strong problem-solving and organization skills.
- Ability to have a flexible work schedule and at times work outside normal business hours to accommodate effective communications with stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently.
- Good command of English and Computer literacy.
