Assist project managers in developing project plans, timelines, and budgets.
Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met.
Conduct research and analysis to support project decision-making processes.
Prepare project documentation, including reports, presentations, and progress updates.
Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or issues, proposing solutions as needed.
Collaborate with engineers, technicians, and contractors to ensure project requirements are met.
Assist in quality control and assurance activities to ensure project deliverables meet standards.
Support project managers in client communications and stakeholder management.
Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices related to electrical engineering projects.
Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines throughout project execution.
The Successful Applicant
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
Previous experience in project management or coordination is preferred.
Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems and components.
Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.
Proficiency in project management tools and software.
Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to electrical engineering projects.
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and deadlines.
Professional certifications in project management (e.g., PMP) are a plus.
