Finance ControllerResponsibilities:- Manage the entire financial reporting cycle, including the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, cash flow statement) in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of strong internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure financial data integrity.- Lead the development and execution of the annual budget and financial forecasts, analyzing variances and recommending corrective actions.- Conduct financial analysis to assess the company's financial health, identify trends, and support informed decision-making.- Manage relationships with external auditors and ensure timely completion of audits.- Maintain a strong understanding of international trade finance regulations and procedures.- Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is highly preferred.- Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and the Board of Directors.- Stay abreast of relevant accounting pronouncements and industry best practices.Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.- Holding CPA/ CPD- Minimum 5+ years of experience in a senior finance role, preferably within an international trading, packaging or automation company.- Proven experience in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.- Strong understanding of internal controls and risk management frameworks.- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.- Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Proficient in Microsoft Office SuitePlease send your CV to pongsakorn@wkr.co.th
