เจ้าหน้าที่วางแผนกลยุทธในการสรรหาJob responsibilities- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for support functions.
- Conduct interviews, evaluate candidates, and make recommendations to hiring managers.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Monitoring the candidate's documentation as well as pre-joining medical check-ups.
- Design and Develop recruitment dashboards to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and easy-to-understand dashboards.
- Generate regular and ad-hoc recruitment reports for management and others' requests.
- Analyze recruitment data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement effective strategies for the management Trainee and Internship Program.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to attract high-caliber interns.
- Collaborate with universities, colleges, and other educational institutions to establish partnerships and enhance the organization's presence in the talent pool.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in Internship programs to continuously improve and innovate.ความรับผิดชอบในงาน- พัฒนาและดำเนินการกลยุทธ์การสรรหาบุคลากรเพื่อดึงดูดผู้สมัครที่มีคุณสมบัติเหมาะสมเพื่อทำหน้าที่สนับสนุน

- ออกแบบและพัฒนาแดชบอร์ดการสรรหาเพื่อแสดงภาพตัวบ่งชี้ประสิทธิภาพหลัก (KPI) และแดชบอร์ดที่เข้าใจง่าย
- สร้างรายงานการสรรหาบุคลากรเป็นประจำและเฉพาะกิจสำหรับฝ่ายบริหารและคำขอของผู้อื่น
- วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลการสรรหาบุคลากรเพื่อระบุแนวโน้ม รูปแบบ และพื้นที่ที่ต้องปรับปรุง
- พัฒนาและใช้กลยุทธ์ที่มีประสิทธิภาพสำหรับการจัดการผู้ฝึกงานและโครงการฝึกงาน
- พัฒนาและดำเนินการตามกลยุทธ์ที่ครอบคลุมเพื่อดึงดูดนักศึกษาฝึกงานที่มีความสามารถสูง

- Bachelor's degree
- Bachelor's degree in Business administration, Human Resources, Data Science, or a related field.
- 3-5 years proven experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Proven Experience in data analysis, reporting, and dashboard development, preferably in the recruitment or HR domain.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI, Power Automate or similar platforms.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and deadlines.
- English : Conversational high of spoken and written English (to contact with Hong Kong Director)Preferable Skill / Experience- Familiarity with Internship program and management trainee.
- Have Marketing or create Branding Experience/knowledgeLanguage Skill
