- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify new business opportunities, including corporate clients, hotels, restaurants, spas, and residential customers.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends and competitor offerings.
- Establish partnerships and negotiate contracts with key accounts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
- Address customer inquiries, complaints, and service feedback in a professional manner.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by coordinating with operations for quality service delivery.
- Lead and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Provide training, guidance, and support to enhance team performance.
- Monitor sales performance and implement improvement strategies as needed.
- Prepare and present sales reports, revenue forecasts, and market analysis to management.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and track sales performance against targets.
- Assist in budgeting and cost control to maximize profitability.
- Work closely with marketing teams to develop promotional campaigns and loyalty programs.
- Plan and participate in sales promotions, advertising, and social media marketing.
- Represent the company at networking events, trade shows, and community engagements.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the commercial laundry, hospitality, or service industry.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop sales strategies and execute business development plans.
- Experience in managing client relationships and handling customer concerns.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and results-driven.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social network platforms.
- Knowledge of laundry operations and pricing structures is an advantage.
