Sales Coordinator (Japanese Speaking)

• Thai native speaking
• Bachelor's or higher in any field
• At least 1 year experience as Sales Coordinator (New graduate are also welcome)
• Good command in Japanese
• Fair command in English

• Communication with customers and suppliers via email, phone, and SNS
• Preparation of documents such as quotations, purchase orders, and sales reports
• Schedule coordination and management of important documents
• Inventory control of sales-related materials
• Handling import/export documents and order processing
• Thai-Japanese interpretation (internal and external)
• Other assigned tasks
