- Providing legal advice to the management and business operations.
- Drafting and reviewing contracts to support various corporate and commercial transactions, both domestic and international.
- Controlling the Contract Management System and supporting all users in the Thai Yazaki Group.
- Supporting and controlling all work in the team.
- Investigating and providing solutions when legal/compliance issues occur.
- Other tasks as assigned.【Qualification】
- Male or Female, aged over 36 years.
- Bachelor's degree in Law.
- Lawyer's License and/or being a graduate from the Thai Bar is preferable.
- Good command of English and computer literacy (Microsoft Office).
- Minimum 8 years of working experience in the legal field.
- Experience in fields such as Document Control, ISO Management System, etc., is preferable.
- Excellent analytical and research skills.
- Be a fast learner with strong working ethics.
- Able to work in a team or individually and complete assignments within deadlines.
