- Experience in promotional planning, marketing strategy, and market analysis.
- Ability to collaborate across teams and drive successful campaigns.
- Bachelor's degree or higher (preferably in Marketing.)
- English: Internal conversation level
- Japanese: Not required
- Creative and analytical marketing capabilities
- HVAC industry knowledge
- Project management and MS Office proficiency
- Understanding of product and promotional planning
- Research market trends in neighboring ASEAN countries.
- Collect and compare information on competitor products and technologies.
- Conduct insight research on needs and usage scenarios of younger generations, including Gen Z.
- Investigate sales channels, regulations, and cultural backgrounds of each target country.
- Propose product improvements based on market data.
- Prepare sales and marketing proposals based on market analysis.
- Develop product positioning in new markets.
- Visualize and analyze data collected from installers and sales teams.
- Propose improvements for updated models (minor change products).
- Propose user-experience enhancements from a younger-generation perspective, including convenience improvements for remote-control-less models.
- Attend regular meetings with Sales, R&D, and overseas sales companies.
- Present at product planning meetings based on market data.
- Share information and support sales staff in each country.
- Collaborate with PR staff to develop promotional plans.
- Provide market information to ASEAN-region sales companies.
- Support sales teams in promotional planning and customer insight.
- Travel overseas as required (exhibitions, field research, sales meetings, etc.).
- Prepare minutes for important meetings (shared responsibility with the department assistant).
- Compile business-trip-related information (expense handling and car arrangements handled mainly by assistants).
- Prepare documents required as projects progress
