Business Unit Cloud & Smart Industries Group (CSIG) is responsible for promoting the company's cloud and industry Internet strategy. While driving the digitalization of retail, medical, education, transportation and other industries, CSIG helps companies serve users in smarter ways, building a new ecosystem of intelligent industries that connect users and businesses.What the Role EntailsTencent Cloud is expanding its engineering presence in Southeast Asia and is looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Cloud Project Manager to oversee and execute small to mid-sized cloud computing projects in Thailand. This role also involves supporting the Program Manager on large-scale initiatives. You will be responsible for project planning, stakeholder communication, risk and resource management, and ensuring alignment with business and technical objectives. The ideal candidate is organised, detail-oriented, and has a strong background in managing cloud-related or IT infrastructure projects.Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Execution: Create and manage detailed project plans, define scope and milestones, and ensure timely and high-quality delivery aligned with cloud project objectives.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Act as the central point of coordination between cloud architects, engineers, vendors, and stakeholders to drive project progress and issue resolution.
Risk & Change Management: Proactively identify risks, manage mitigation plans, and handle change requests to ensure smooth project implementation and minimal disruption to business operations.
Budget & Resource Management: Track project budgets and resource allocation to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness across all phases of the project lifecycle.

Who We Look For

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
3+ years of proven experience in managing small to mid-scale cloud computing projects (Mandatory requirement).
Familiarity with major cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, GCP, or Tencent Cloud.
Proficiency with project management tools such as JIRA, MS Project, or equivalent.
Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) is a strong advantage.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in both English and Thai.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
