Technical Process Engineer

• Managing the Processes to match quality and delivery dates for orders. Training the staff for achievement in high efficiency, and low waste rate. Good quality. Punctual delivery of the product and contribute to the continuous improvement process.
• Liaising and cooperating with internal Department Managers to create production improvement in the longer term.
• Managing the owner's Department to produce products and agree on output levels with maximum conformance, to agree order to delivery time cycles and agreed quality standards and waste level.
• Managing warehouse to match the lowest stock, high turnover and good efficiency in “first in - first out” principal and proper conditions.
• Improving continuous efficiency, waste level and productivity.
• Managing staff in a manager who seems to be motivating quotable and transparent. Also to ensure that all staff are trained up to their maximum potential, capability and job flexibility to “bring on” Thai Supervision.
• Organizing that work is according the safety and environmental regulations.
• Cooperating and participating in the development of existing and new products.
• Coordinating with the Maintenance Department to ensure that the machines are systematically maintained to maximum operational efficiency.
• Following safety, environmental, dress code, HACCP, ISO, BRC and company rules and regulations.
• Handling department budget control management.

• Bachelor's degree or Master's Degree in the faculty of Engineering related to the fields of manufacturing, industrial, mechanical, mechatronics, electrical or related fields.
• At least 10 experience years in process engineering fields.
• High Problem-solving skills.
• High Engineering sense.
• Fast learner and fast response.
• Able to work independently.
• Very good English communication.
• Strong shop floor people management skills.
• Able to use MS Office and SAP knowledge is an advantage.
• Teamwork.
