- Build strong professional relationships with distributors, ensure visibility, achievement of sales targets and delivery of high quality customer service to the existent and potential distributors.
- Conduct sales visit to the assigned accounts/distributors within the assigned areas to promote and sales both newly launched and/or existing assigned products.
- Prepare and implement annual key account management plan and budget by aligning with marketing plan in order to achieve annual objectives
- Prepare proposal, presentation, sales contracts and the relevant documents
- Monitor and update market trends and competitor's activities in assigned territory
- Communicate annual account plans with customers to get alignment and support, track and conduct performance reviews with customers
- Analyse the territory/market's potential and determines the value of existing and prospective customer value to the organisation
- Develop and maintain customer record, close relationships with key account, and ensure their requirements are being met by the company's products where possible
- Review and update business performance, strengthen relationship, perform cooperative distributor problem solving, new product and product detail alteration, promotion proposition, settle marketing expense and gain competitor information
- Provide sales support services to the assigned customers, eg. returning expired products, delivery of product samples, upon request
- Attend symposiums, seminars and exhibitions as required
- Plan itinerary and visit distributor per planned in order to check our products situation including receiving orders and market environment
- Work as good high level manager to new client approach & acquisition
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum 5 years experience in international sales/key account management in the field of lenses, medical technology, life sciences or Healthcare industry
- Proven track record in sales and commercial areas.
- A self-motivated, team player, service minded, good communication and interpersonal skills
- Result-oriented with strong selling, presentation and negotiation skills
- Passionate, persevere and self-motivated to achieve the challenging sales target
- Mature, energetic, fast response, result-driven with goal-oriented
- Strong planning, analytical with logical thinking.
- Strong negotiation, convincing and problem solving skills
- Good presentation/communication/relationship building skills
- Perform well under pressure with strong desire to achieve sale target
- Lead the development of appointed principal business via working Cross Functionally within XX Organisation and importantly with Global Distribution Partners
- Being the client service team lead for appointed principals
- Has experience in Business Development or Trade Marketing or Trade Operation from distribution company
- Direct experience from Distribution Company previously is preferable
- Negotiation & Commercial Knowledge Skill
