• Solution Design: Utilize your expertise in Microsoft Dynamics to design solutions that align with clients' business needs and industry best practices.
• System Configuration: Configure Microsoft Dynamics modules based on client requirements, including but not limited to Finance, Supply Chain Management, Human Resources, and Customer Relationship Management.
• Customization: Customize Microsoft Dynamics functionalities using configuration tools, extensions, and development techniques to meet specific business requirements.
• Testing: Conduct thorough testing of configured solutions to ensure accuracy, functionality, and adherence to client requirements.
• Training: Provide training sessions to clients' end-users on how to effectively use Microsoft Dynamics and any customized features.
• Documentation: Create comprehensive documentation including functional specifications, configuration guides, and user manuals.
• Support: Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to clients post-implementation, addressing any issues or concerns that may arise.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, project managers, and other consultants to deliver high-quality solutions within project timelines.

• Strong understanding of ERP/SAP S/4 Hanaconcepts, business processes, and best practices.
• Proficiency in implementing, configuring and customizing Microsoft Dynamics modules to meet business requirements.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and team members.
• Experience with full lifecycle ERP implementations, including requirement gathering, design, configuration, testing, training, and support.
• Certifications in Microsoft Dynamics (e.g., MB-300: Microsoft Dynamics 365: Core Finance and Operations) are a plus.
