Structural Engineering - Team Leader

• Lead and manage the offshore structural engineering team, providing guidance and direction.
• Foster a collaborative and innovative work methods and design production tools.
• Collaborate with project managers to define project scopes, timelines, resource requirements and project quality issues.
• Provide technical leadership in the field of offshore structural engineering and organize technical training for team.
• Review and approve structural drawing designs, calculations, and analyses.
• Ensure that all structural engineering work complies with relevant design guides, standards, procedures, and regulations.
• Support manager in allocate resources effectively to meet project demands and plan for staff development.
• Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and prepare proposal.
• Prepare structural design basis, specifications, construction and installation work procedures and cost estimation.
• Manage workload distribution and balance team members' responsibilities.
• Prepare weight control, material take-off and bill of material reports.
• Prioritize and enforce HSE protocols in all engineering activities.

• Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering.
• 7-10 years in Engineering Structures Design of Oil & Gas, Petrochemical or related industries on offshore platforms.
• Familiarity with International codes and standards - API, AISC, DNV.
• Proficiency in structural engineering software and tools - SACS, USFOS, NX Nastran & GRLWEAP. ABAQUS or ANSYS software experience is preferred.
• Strong leadership and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
