- Manage and oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Lead, supervise, and motivate front-of-house and service teams to deliver excellent customer experience.
- Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, cleanliness, and hygiene are maintained at all times.
- Monitor team performance, control costs, and manage P&L to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
- Handle customer feedback, complaints, and service recovery professionally and promptly.
- Manage staff scheduling, shift planning, and manpower allocation to support 6-day operations.
- Train and develop team members in service standards, product knowledge, and Japanese hospitality (Omotenashi).
- Coordinate with kitchen team to ensure smooth communication and efficient service flow.
- Oversee inventory control, ordering, stock management, and supplier coordination.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety regulations, and local laws.
- Prepare operational reports including sales reports, staff performance, and KPI tracking.
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in Japanese premium cuisine.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Good understanding of restaurant financial management (cost control, budgeting, P&L).
- Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in shifts and 6 days per week, including weekends and public holidays.
- Good command of English
