Key Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly input and output tax reports - Review and record Value Added Tax (VAT) transactions in compliance with Revenue Department regulations - Perform VAT reconciliation with general ledger accounts - Review withholding tax (WHT) related documents - Assist in organizing tax documentation and preparing information for auditors or the Revenue Department when required - Coordinate with internal departments such as Purchasing, Finance, and vendors - Perform other duties as assigned Documentation & Reporting - Prepare reports related to input tax, output tax, VAT, withholding tax, specific business tax, and tax invoices - Prepare outstanding input tax reports for financial statement support (Trial Balance) - Prepare reconciliation reports for account balances - Prepare sales reconciliation reports with VAT filings (PP.30) on a monthly basis - Prepare monthly accounts receivable and accounts payable summary reports - Prepare monthly sales summary reports - Prepare financial statements and supporting schedules - Prepare documents and supporting information for company inspections and tax refund audits by the Revenue Department - Prepare documents and information for annual external auditsJob Requirement
Necessary Skill / Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting - At least 2 years of experience in Taxation or Accounting - Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel - Experience in using accounting software (SAP is a must) - Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint. Excel (vlookup pivot)) - Conversational Middle or Low Level of English (Use for report and Email), able to communicate in English when interview, daily work - Able to go to Udonthani Factory sometimes (Company provide airplane ticket and resident, not often)
