Ensures optimized programming lineup that aligns with content rights, viewer engagement, and commercial objectives.Key Responsibilities:

Plan and manage daily, weekly, and monthly programming grids for sports channels (e.g., Ball Thai 1–31).
Ensure optimal utilization of live rights, replays, highlight packages, and studio content.
Coordinate with content acquisition, live production, and post-production teams to ensure content readiness and alignment.
Monitor ratings, viewer feedback, and channel performance to adjust scheduling strategies.
Ensure compliance with content rights, blackout rules, and regulatory requirements.
Support development of special event programming and strategic tentpole content.

Candidate Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Media Studies, or related field.
Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in programming or scheduling for TV, cable, or digital platforms.
Understanding of sports content, event cycles, and scheduling logic.
Detail-oriented with strong planning and coordination skills.
Proficient in Excel and scheduling/planning software tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in managing EPG and metadata for OTT/IPTV platforms.
Familiarity with Thai and international sports properties and fan behaviors.
