- Support the execution of branch strategy and oversee day-to-day operational matters.
- Prepare various reports and act as the liaison with Tokyo Head Office and other relevant internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop presentation materials for management, seminars, and other related purposes.
- Provide project management and administrative support, including coordination of business trips, meetings, and various internal activities.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and ensure smooth communication within the branch and with Headquarters.
- Japanese Nationals are preferred.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Banking, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the banking industry, preferably in planning, administration, or coordination roles.
- Excellent command of English, with strong communication and writing skills.
- Strong vendor management and coordination capabilities.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities with strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines with a high level of accuracy.
